In this time for me was interesting to see how banks organize such contest in other countries. For example, 2011 RBC Canadian Painting Competition. There is a regionaly jury panel of distinguished memebers from the art community. The national winner receives a purchase prize of $25,000. I had a nice surprise to find there latvian forname between painters - Krisjanis Katkins -Gorsline.
